Ariane Boon, alcoologue et consultante, préconise également : « Pour réussir une démarche de prévention, vous devez impliquer tous les acteurs concernés dans l’entreprise : la direction, la DRH, l’assistante sociale, le médecin du travail, l’infirmière ». Elle rappelle également que, dans les situations d’urgence, le premier réflexe, si l’on constate qu’un salarié est sous l’emprise de l’alcool ou d’une drogue, est de ne pas le laisser accéder à son poste de travail. De très grandes entreprises comme Hermès, Bouygues, ou encore Veolia utilisent la solution de prévention au travers de l’information, de la formation et de la responsabilisation.
Le responsable de l’association a déclaré : « L’employeur est responsable des dommages que ses salariés peuvent causer à des tiers. Quand on lit les statistiques qui montrent que 7,7% des actifs consomment quotidiennement de l’alcool, que 6,9% des actifs consomment du cannabis en cours d’année et qu’en tout 550 000 personnes en France ne peuvent commencer une journée sans avoir fumé un joint de cannabis. Avec cela s’ajoutent les retards répétés, les arrêts de travail en rafale, et la qualité des tâches et des relations de travail dégradée. »
Il a ajouté : « La prévention sera de la responsabilité de l’employeur selon les juges alors que cette prévention pourrait être largement menée plus tôt chez les jeunes avec des infos factuelles et des témoignages percutants. La priorité doit être donnée à la prévention, car comme le disait, il y a plusieurs décennies, l’humaniste Ron Hubbard, ‘La connaissance ne détruit pas la volonté de vivre’. »
On reconnaît facilement dans les rues les bénévoles de l’association Non à la drogue, Oui à la vie avec leurs t-shirts turquoise, des livrets éducatifs de la série La vérité sur la drogue à la main. Ces livrets sur la vérité sur l’alcool ou le cannabis ont été écrits pour sensibiliser les jeunes et les adultes à leurs réels dangers. A Londres, à l’occasion des JO, telle une nuée bleue, les bénévoles ont envahi les parterres et ont semé des milliers de ces livrets.
